Copyright on Solberra
Solberra is a marketplace where creators sell photos and video of their own classes, lessons and events. Creators promise us they have the right to sell everything they upload, including any music in it. If something here infringes your copyright, this page tells you how to have it taken down, and tells creators how to answer.
To report infringement
Write to our designated agent:
DMCA Agent, Gavry LLC1001 Wade Avenue, Suite 327, Raleigh, NC 27605919-267-8020 · trust@gavry.comTell us, in the notice:
- what work of yours has been copied;
- which item on Solberra copies it, with its web address;
- how to reach you: address, telephone and email;
- that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- that what you have told us is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the copyright or are authorised to act for the owner;
- your signature, handwritten or typed.
What we do with a notice
We take the item down, or stop it being sold and shown, promptly. We tell the creator and give them your notice, including your contact details.
If you are the creator
If you think the item was taken down by mistake, or was wrongly identified, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent. It needs: your signature; which item, and where it was before we removed it; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and your agreement that the federal district court for your address may hear the matter (if you live outside the United States, any district where Gavry LLC may be found), and that you will accept legal papers from the person who complained.
We pass your counter-notice to the person who complained. Unless they tell us they have gone to court over it, we put the item back between 10 and 14 business days after we received your counter-notice.
Creators who infringe repeatedly
We keep a record of the notices we receive about each creator. We close the accounts of creators who repeatedly infringe.
Please be accurate
The law makes anyone who knowingly makes a false claim, in a notice or a counter-notice, liable for the damage it causes.
