Data Deletion Request

To request deletion of your Solberra account and associated data, send an email to mgavr68@gmail.com with:

• Subject line: Data deletion request
• The email address associated with your account

We will process your request within 30 days. Once processed, the following will be deleted:

• Your account information (email, name, profile)
• Any media you uploaded (creators)
• Your purchase history (buyers)
• Any identity records linked to your account

Note: financial transaction records may be retained as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years).
