Privacy Policy

Solberra is a media-album marketplace for instructor-led classes: instructors (“creators”) upload class photos and videos and sell them to their students (“buyers”). Solberra is operated by Gavry LLC. You can reach us any time at hello@solberra.com.

• Account information — your name and email address, collected when you sign in (including via Google or Facebook sign-in).
• Payment data — handled by Stripe Connect. We do not store card numbers; we receive only the transaction records needed to fulfil and account for a purchase.
• Uploaded media — photos and videos that creators upload to sell.
• Purchase history — which albums a buyer has bought.
• Usage data — basic technical data needed to operate and improve the service.

We use your data to provide the service (host and deliver albums, process purchases), to process payments, to communicate with you about your account and purchases, and to maintain and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

We rely on a small set of service providers to run Solberra:

• Stripe Connect — payment processing and creator payouts.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and R2 object storage for media.
• Google & Facebook — optional sign-in (OAuth). We receive your name and email only when you choose to sign in with one of them.

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To delete your account and associated data, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page. Note that financial transaction records may be retained as required by tax and accounting law.

Solberra is operated by Gavry LLC. To detect child sexual abuse material (CSAM), Gavry LLC is implementing automated screening of media uploaded to Solberra, using Gavry LLC’s trust-and-safety service. This screening is not yet active in production; we will update this policy when it is.

When screening is active, media you upload may be automatically analyzed for CSAM. Media matching known CSAM, or confirmed as CSAM after review, will be blocked, preserved, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as U.S. law requires. Gavry LLC is a registered NCMEC Electronic Service Provider (Company ID 7883). A report may include the media, your account information, IP address, and related metadata, and may be forwarded to law enforcement. When active, preserved material is retained as required by law.
